The expression “Out with the old and in with the new” clearly did not make it to the top dogs at Stuart Weitzman because, as the Spring/Summer 2019 season begins in the fashion world, the brand is revitalizing one of its most iconic design: the Nudist.
Conceived by Stuart Weitzman himself back in 2013 as a nude sandal and wildly popular on the red carpet, the design remained largely unchanged throughout the years due to its ability to capture the beauty of feminine grace with its simple yet elegant lines. With ever changing desires from a global customer base, the brand now shifts from its traditions of black-and-white campaigns, and introduces Kendall Jenner, Jean Campbell, Yang Mi and Willow Smith as its new faces.
At the forefront of this season’s Nudist collection are bold new fluorescent colors as part of The Neon Capsule, and an exclusive pearl-adorned version promoted by Yang Mi. They now complement an ever-growing number of variations of the popular style, from the ultra-cutesy mid-heels Nunakeds, to the comfortable Nudist Disco platforms.
